Domestic Orders Only!

We accept and ship domestic orders only.

Also note that we do not operate a brick and mortar store-front presence. Our offices are not a store (so you can’t just drop by though we wish we could meet everyone of our customers face to face, we simply cannot).

Privacy Policy

All information gathered by,,,, or any other web site owned and operated by Shade’s Landing kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed to any company or individual.


Minimum amount of product ordered must be $12 or more.

All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Shade’s Landing Inc. reserves the right to refuse any shipment of product and acceptance of any order due to pricing errors and/or any other reason deemed reasonable by Shade’s Landing Inc. There is a $3.00 handling fee for all orders. We use a flat rate shipping fee of $4.00 for all orders.

Important Payment and Credit Card Information

Secure checkout is handled through a secure connection using PayPal. You can use your PayPal account or credit card. Be sure to enter your correct shipping address. We can not ship to a post office box. We never see your PayPal account information (except for your shipping address), nor do we ever see your credit card information. All transaction details are handled through PayPal for your security and peace of mind.

Shipping Policies

Most orders ship out of our warehouse within 2-3 days. You can always call our office to check on your order by logging into your account. We will update your order’s status as soon as there is a change.

Regular Shipping

We normally ship all orders via US Postal Service, or UPS. We are located in Apple Valley Minnesota! Ground shipments will take approximately 5 – 7 days to reach you once they are shipped.

Shipping rates are subject to change.

Video Programs

Due to the nature of video programs, all sales of video programs are final. If the DVD is damaged due to manufacturing or shipping, please return it for immediate replacement within 10 days of receipt.


We will accept the return of defective product up to 10 days after receipt by the customer of the merchandise. However, prior to returning a defective product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from us. Call 952-891-1537 Monday through Friday from 10am – 4:30pm. The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside top of the box that contains the product you are returning. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number assigned to it.


If you purchase a firearm class and find you can not make the class, you can reschedule to any other class we offer within one year, There are no refunds on class purchases as we guarantee you a seat in class at the expense of someone else.

Classes: Disruptive & Unsafe behavior

Disruptive and unsafe behavior in our classes is not tolerated and you will be told to leave. Your money will be refunded to you so that you may take your class from someone else other than us.

Knife orders:

You must be 18 years of age to purchase our knives and must click on accepting our sales agreement before your order may proceed. You are responsible for adhering to all local laws regarding owning and possession of knives and certify that the items you order are legal in your jurisdiction.
